1. Slight Visible Seam
• because it is not a Click system the seam is slightly visible
2. Sub-Floor imperfection is visible
• because it is flexible,uneven sub-floor is visible after installation
3.Ground Floor Moisture
• if moisture is pressence from the ground,the adhesive might not be effective
4.Gum Residue
• if remove, gum residue need to be cleaned

• Our SPC is 4.5mm thick, for thicker spc please contact our staff

• act as vapor barrier and absorb sound too
3. Structural Firm
• have its own shape,perfectly flat
4. Seamless (No Gap)
• Interlocking system allowing perfect perfect fit
5. No gum residue
• no adhesive required, therefore when remove there is no gum residue

• thanks to the interlocking system every pieces a perfect fit, making in much more premium than vinyl

Cons:

1. Harder to install
• interlocking properties making it harder to install
• usually require professional to install
2. hard to replace damaged pieces
• replacing a single scratched or damaged piece of SPC flooring can be challenging
